According to a survey carried out in Australia and New Zealand in 2024, 30 percent of online shoppers were likely to abandon their shopping cart if no click and collect options are not offered. Potentially missed conversion rates were the highest in 2023, when 34 percent of surveyed consumers would abandon the shopping cart if not having click and collect services available.
