Value of goods and services imported from the EU to Africa 2021, by destination
As of 2021, South Africa was the leading country in terms of imports from the EU, compared to other nations in Africa. That year, the country imported goods and services from the EU amounting to nearly 30 billion euros. The country was also Africa's main exporter to the EU. Other countries importing from the EU included Morocco and Egypt, with values reaching around 28.4 billion euros and 26.7 billion euros, respectively.
