In 2023, the Volkswagen Ag delivered a total of 771,100 electric cars worldwide, which was the highest number during this timeframe. The number rose by around twelve percent compared to the previous year. Therefore, electric car deliveries now account for approximately 8.4 percent of all car deliveries.
