In a survey carried out in Uruguay in 2024, the majority of respondents considered that after the regulation of cannabis, consumption increased. Over 35 percent of the surveyed thought it increased greatly, while close to 29 percent considered it somewhat increased. Around 34 percent of respondents did not provide a concrete answer.
