On average, U.S. consumers who subscribed to a subscription service placed around four orders per year in most industries from 2022 to 2023*. However, the number of orders each subscriber placed grew by about 15 percent from 2023 to 2024, which means a typical brand's subscribers placed 4.4 orders per year in the time period observed. The health and wellness industry, specifically, saw a 21.8 percent increase in orders per subscriber from 2023 to 2024.
