In a survey carried out in Brazil, nurses stated that the most important aspect for work flexibility was to be able to work specific days of the week, an opinion shared by 81 percent of respondents. This aspect was followed by the ability to take time off, chosen by 80 percent of participants. The ability to work specific hours of the day was also chosen by 70 percent of respondents.
