The total gross domestic product (GDP) of Israel reached over 1.6 trillion Israeli shekels in 2022 (about 430 billion U.S. dollars). Advanced services, such as financial and scientific services, accounted for the largest share of GDP, reaching over 283 billion Israeli shekels (some 76 billion U.S. dollars). It was followed by the information and communications sector. By comparison, agricultural production amounted to only 20.6 billion Israeli shekels (about 5.5 billion U.S. dollars).
