In a 2024 global survey of senior travel technology leaders, data analysis ranked as the main application of generative artificial intelligence (AI) for internal processes, as reported by 68 percent of respondents. Access to knowledge and client support were other main applications of generative AI by travel companies, mentioned by 49 percent and 46 percent of respondents, respectively.
