According to a bike study published by linexo by Wertgarantie in 2024, interest in buying a cargo bike is highest among 30- to 39-year-olds in Germany, followed by 18- to 29-year-olds. About 23 percent of respondents in their thirties said they were interested or very interested in buying a cargo bike, while this share reached 18 percent in the younger age group.
