Over nine in 10 respondents to an April 2023 survey considered phone calls, navigation, and bluetooth to be important features of GenAI in in-car voice assistants. Among the three features, the most popular option for consumers was phone calls, which had a share of respondents finding it important one percentage point higher than the other two GenAI options.
