Germany: factors limiting construction 2024

In September 2024, nearly 44 percent of construction companies in Germany mentioned that insufficient demand was limiting their activities. However, 35 percent of construction companies in Germany mentioned that there were no factors limiting their activities. Meanwhile, the labor shortage was a challenge for a fifth of construction companies.
