According to a survey conducted in Italy in 2023, 57 percent of Generation Z consumers used click and collect services. 27 percent of respondents did so occasionally. Another 23 percent of them often picked their online orders in store, whereas only seven percent always did so. Lastly, 19 percent of surveyed Gen Z shoppers never picked up online orders in store.
