In 2024, 69 percent of survey respondents in the United States were comfortable with the use of AI in healthcare when it came to scheduling appointments. On the contrary, only 15 percent of the respondents felt comfortable letting AI diagnose them, with nearly 70 percent stating that they would be uncomfortable in such a case.
