In 2023, 70 percent of employees surveyed in the United States reported using their company's healthcare benefits in routine care, up from 61 percent in the previous year. This was the most common healthcare category for which workers used their benefits, followed by preventative care, with 46 percent of the employees using their benefits, going up from only 37 percent in 2022.
