Facebook Messenger: global users 2025, by age and gender

As of February 2025, Facebook Messenger saw in men aged between 25 and 34 years their main demographic. More than 19 percent of men in this age group reported using the Meta-branded communication platform. Approximately 13 percent of women in the same age group reported using Messenger in the same examined period.
