In a 2024 survey of global travel leaders, 65 percent of respondents believed that the most impactful implementation of generative artificial intelligence (AI) related to chatbots, virtual device assistants, and customer service. In contrast, just 18 percent of the sample saw the most potential of generative AI for the travel market in creating an end-to-end super-app.
