Most popular Android social media apps worldwide H1 2024, by downloads

During the first half of 2024, the Carrier Service app, which allows users to manage various mobile services, was the most popular app on Android, registering more than 583 million downloads worldwide. WhatsApp Messenger ranked second with approximately 540.5 million downloads. Facebook followed with around 481 million downloads globally during the same examined period.
