According to a survey conducted in Germany in October 2023, 37 percent of German non-BEV drivers consider buying a battery-electric vehicle within five years. On the other hand, 29 percent of them did not consider buying a fully electric vehicle.

An online survey was launched in October 2023 and was answered by 2,065 respondents, of which 1,919 were filled out by non-BEV drivers and 146 by BEV drivers in Germany.Â
