Key features e-commerce businesses miss on platforms 2024

A survey conducted among businesses that already used e-commerce platforms in the first six months of 2024 showed what are their biggest dissatisfactions when it comes to the features offered by the platforms. Over 20 percent are not satisfied with not being able to customize their website platforms, followed by eight percent being unhappy due to bad customer support.
