According to a survey of internet users in the United States conducted in March 2024, 15 percent of respondents reported having already used artificial intelligence (AI) tools to write e-mails. Approximately half of respondents had not used AI for writing their e-mails, and would not consider the possibility. In comparison, one-quarter of respondents would consider employing AI to compose their electronic communications.
