Share of inbound vs. domestic tourist arrivals in selected European cities 2023

In 2023, Dubrovnik in Croatia reported the highest share of international tourist arrivals among the selected European cities, with inbound travelers accounting for 94 percent of all arrivals to the destination. While inbound visitors represented nearly nine in ten tourist arrivals in Palma de Mallorca-Calvià and Venice, they made up less than 40 percent of total tourist arrivals in Berlin.
