According to a May 2024 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, 44 percent of respondents in India said they engage in live commerce because they find it entertaining. Meanwhile, five percent mentioned that live auctions in live commerce are competitive and exciting. The survey also revealed that women shop through live commerce more frequently than men.
