Global organizations that saw increase in e-mail-based cyberattacks 2023

A 2023 survey of information technology and cybersecurity professionals in worldwide organizations found that 41 percent of organizations had noticed growth in the number of e-mail-based cyberattacks. A further share of 38 percent saw the growing sophistication of such cyberattacks as their organization's biggest e-mail security challenge.
