Data and AI talent shortage by role in Spain 2023

In 2023, Spain saw the biggest talent shortages in natural language processing (NLP) engineers and computer vision engineers, with gaps of 28.5 and 28.2 percent, respectively. In contrast, data analysts had the smallest shortage at 12.3 percent, highlighting a more manageable gap compared to the other roles.
