Most wanted changes for people living in Bucharest, Romania 2023
As environmental issues become more and more important, seven out of 10 respondents indicated, in 2023, that their number one priority is to make the city a greener space, with more green roofs and better air quality. Aspects related to the environment and sustainability were a priority, especially for women, who were more concerned about the quality of life in the city, highlighting the desire to live in a cleaner and more environmentally friendly Bucharest. This reflects a general trend, as women show increased sensitivity towards issues related to the environment, ethics and health, according to the Ethical Consumer study.
