• Starches like white bread, rolls, pasta, and rice
• Salty snacks like chips, pretzels, and crackers
• Fatty foods like steak, bacon, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pizza, and french fries
• Sugary drinks like soda pop, lemonade, sports drinks, and energy drinks
