According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on live commerce, as of May 2024, approximately 41 percent of respondents in Vietnam stated that they had not participated in live commerce or live shopping events because they preferred to purchase from official websites or physical stores. Meanwhile, around 14 percent of respondents reported that delivery times were not convenient.
