The DevSkiller assessment scale features five proficiency levels for assessing skills by job position. The clean slate (0%) level indicates that the skill has not been rated or assessed. Users at the intermediate (≥50%) level can complete standard tasks independently but still need supervision in non-standard scenarios. The advanced (≥70%) level signifies the ability to complete all tasks unassisted, with no supervision required for non-standard situations. Finally, at the expert (100%) level, users can mentor others, create new standards, and continuously grow their expertise in the area.
