In 2023, YouTube was the leading platform for video streaming among consumers of fixed broadband in Malaysia, with 48.4 percent of respondents said they preferred YouTube to watch videos. Meanwhile, 26 percent of respondents stated that Netflix was their preferred platform for video streaming when using fixed broadband internet.
