In a survey conducted in 2023, more than half of respondents working in Switzerland stated that they were very frequently exposed to high workloads. Out of all situations that may cause stress in the workplace, the workload was most frequently a strain for employees. On the other hand, conflicts at work were rather rare and only occurred frequently for around 12 percent of respondents.
