As of the first quarter of 2024, South Africa had the highest e-mail services reach among the market's online audience. Around 97.3 percent of internet users in the region reported to use e-mail platforms on a monthly basis. Internet users in Brazil followed, with 94.6 percent of the country's digital population accessing electronic mail services. Notably, around 75 percent of internet users worldwide used e-mail services in the last reported period.
