There were 9.6 million mobile data subscriptions in Singapore as of 2023, with around two-thirds of these using 4G mobile technology. Forecasts expect Singapore's rapid progress in 5G adoption to continue into 2024, with 5G connections set to account for more than half of all subscriptions that year.
