In 2023, a total of just under 1.1 million tons of frozen baked goods such as bread rolls, cakes, tarts and dough were sold in Germany. Sales have increased for the fourth year in a row, compared to the previous year.
The German Frozen Food Institute represents the interests of the German frozen food industry. As an organization, it represents companies from all parts of the frozen food chain, from production to logistics and retail.
