According to a survey conducted in May 2024 by Opensurvey in South Korea, about 80 percent of respondents stated that a self-cleaning and drying mop function would have a significant influence on their decision to purchase a robot vacuum cleaner in the upcoming year. When compared to the answers of current robot vacuum owners, the overall trend of preferred functions remained similar. However, prospective owners showed a much higher inclination toward certain functions such as device and refillable item status and AI voice control.
