According to a 2024 survey, three in four Spanish consumers expect accurate AI-based product recommendations to be standard practice by 2050. 69 percent of Italian consumers wanted the same, while 66 percent of UK respondents had the same opinion. Swedish shoppers were the least interested in enhancing the online experience to that level, as only 53 percent of them want AI-tools to recommend them the most suitable products to purchase in the future.
