In 2023, nine percent of Netflix and Disney+ subscribers in the U.S. shared their passwords with friends, each down from the figure recorded in the previous year. Amazon Prime Video also experienced a decline, with the share of users sharing their passwords with friends falling by three percentage points in the same period.
