A survey conducted in 2023 shows how much Italians consider a simple refund policy when deciding to buy a product. Almost half of the respondents said they find it significant to have an easy form to ask for refunding if the purchased product is not what expected or for any other reasons and that affects their decision to buy a product in the first place. Those who do not consider a simple refund policy important at all when purchasing products are around two percent.
