A survey conducted in Italy in 2024 shows the main reasons some consumers are avoiding ordering food through delivery systems. Almost 40 percent of respondents are taken aback by the food arriving cold at theirs homes, followed by around a quarter of those who dislike the delayed deliveries. Under ten percent of customers find it challenging to obtain a refund when necessary and have problems with the food being delivered to the wrong address. Privacy concerns with sensible data is a little over five percent.
