*** Used one-on-one counseling; a stop smoking clinic, class, or support group; a telephone help line or quitline; or more than one of these modalities to stop smoking. **** Used nicotine patch, nicotine gum or lozenge, nicotine nasal spray or inhaler, varenicline, bupropion, or more than one of these medications to stop smoking.
