Effectiveness of degree at the workplace in Italy 2023

The source identifies five effectiveness levels:

• “very effective” for the employed whose degree is required by law and extensively use university skills;
• “effective” for the employed whose degree is not required by law but is nonetheless useful and extensively use university skills;
• “somehow effective” for the employed whose degree is not required by law but is nonetheless useful and partially use university skills;
• “little effective” for the employed whose degree is not required by law nor is useful but partially use university skills;
• “not at all effective” for the employed whose degree is not required by law nor is useful and do not use university skills.
