During a 2024 survey among adults in the United States, approximately 58 percent reported being exposed to or seeing product placement marketing. Gen Xers' and baby boomers' shares slightly surpassed the average, whereas Gen Zers' and millennials' stood below it. According to the same study, 55 percent of U.S. adults did not mind when brands engaged in product placement.
