Online shoppers preferred customer service types in the U.S. 2024
A survey conducted in the United States in January 2024 shows online shoppers' most appreciated types of customer service. Most of the respondents, around 75 percent, answered that they value prompt replies to their inquiries. The quality of responses and the competency of the associates are also high on the users' list of preferences, with 72 percent and 69 percent, respectively. Only about 12 percent of the respondents consider their previous interactions with customer service reps important.
