A survey conducted in the United States showed how often shoppers interact with online customer services, as of January 2024. According to the survey, around 45 percent of U.S. consumers engage with online retailers' customer services several times a year, or at least monthly, at about 16 percent. Very few of the respondents, at less than 10 percent, communicate with these services daily, every two months, or only once a year.
