In 2023, creatives across 16 European countries collectively received almost 1.49 thousand awards, of which 372 (or 25 percent) were handed to women working in the advertising and marketing industry. A year earlier, female professionals' share among ad and promotions managers in the United States reached nearly 50 percent.
