In the 12 months to June 2024, over 13 million people shopped at least once at Kmart, with an annual growth in customers of around two percent from the 12 months to June 2023. With almost eight million customers shopping from Amazon Australia in the year to June 2024, the online retailer witnessed the largest expansion of its customer base from the previous survey period, with an increase of around 16 percent.
