Between 2021 and 2025, the global aviation plans to offset 381 megatons of carbon dioxide(CO2) from its operations. Moreover, the CO2 reduction is estimated to be 8,164 megatons from 2046 to 2050. These milestones will be achieved mostly through extensive use of sustainable aviation fuel and new aircraft technologies.
