In 2021, younger Swedes were more keen to purchase electric cars in the future, with 52 percent of respondents between 16 and 34 years old wanting to buy such vehicles. On the other hand, in the age group of 56 to 79 years old, only 33 percent considered buying an electric vehicle in the future.
