A 2024 survey revealed that, among adults in the United States, the most unacceptable behavior on airplanes was letting children play in the aisle, with 86 percent of respondents saying so. Meanwhile, a smaller portion of respondents, at 46 percent, believed passing gas silently was unacceptable.
