BEVs sales share in SEA Q1 2023, by country

As of the first quarter of 2023, Thailand emerged as the biggest seller of battery electric vehicles (BEV) among five Southeast Asian countries, accounting for around 79 percent of the region's sales that year. Indonesia came second, making up around eight percent of sales in 2023.
