Willingness to pay more for sustainable hotels in Europe 2024, by country

A 2024 survey revealed that consumers in Germany and France were the least likely to pay more for sustainable hotels, with 56 percent of both nationalities saying that they would not do so. Meanwhile, seven percent of consumers in Sweden would be willing to pay more than 50 percent more for sustainable hotels.
